Our Enquiry-System is very unique. Due to the need for must clients to keep track of their transactions with us and so have some peace of mind, we have a dedicated and specialised team that takes your Enquiry in our queue system on the fly. We can assure you that you will be answered ASAP(As Soon as Possible) depending on the severity of your request.
Our Auto-response system would notify you if your mail has been process or not. As such you are assured that at least a memtex staff recieved your enquiry.
